thoracic pain with movement located at T10

thoracic pain with movement located at T10, according to Physical Therapist.  Have exercises from him but apparently certain excesses in the stretches or extensions cause some regression in my beginnings of progress and i return to being inactive to do what i reason is "healing" until i get back to the Physical Therapist and do only mild stretches, minimizing prone extensions or I believe it's called the "Cobra" in Yoga.
Anybody have some thoughts or experiences that might be helpful?

It has been like this for about 4-5 monthsand I need to walk and get cardiac exercise after triple bypass about 1.5 yrs ago.

Thanks and good luck to all of you.

Warmly Jaime
