toe walking

im 17 and i toe walk and is hurting my feet my toes are deformed  and it is messing up my lags to and i dont know what to do about it cuz it hurts to walk flat.

It would be difficult to comment on the situation without the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation. Possibilities include structural defects in the bones/ alignment or neuro-muscular issues that could result in the deformity. Either of the condition would need to be evaluated in detail before a management plan can be drafted. I would suggest consulting an orthopedician for the same.
