treatments for soft tissue damage???

in 1981 i was in a severe car accident i was stopped at a red light and was hit from behind at an estimated speed of 50 mph. i was turned slightly to my left talking to my husband in the drivers seat, since then i have had extreme pain in my back and neck. today feb 2 2009 is the day in 4 years that i have had this pain, i was brushing my teeth i bend down to spit and could not stand up again. the pain is paralyzing my childern have got me to bed but i can't move at all and no medication i have is helping last time this happened it lasted 3 days and then my husband took me to the hospital they gave me morphine, which helped. the medications i have used areTORADOL 10MG (ketorolac trometh10mg) and Norflex (lot7l273) are there any treatments that could help me????
