upper back lower rib pain

ok anyone here that can give me some info on this,i get a ache in the middle upper back, get alot of tension there by the end of the day i am taking pain killers for it,and i also get random pain in the lower ribs sternum area,had blood taken twice and had chest x-ray,so my lungs are ok,so im thinking its a spine problem?

maybe straighten up at your desk a bit and your back wont be under so much strain and your chest wont be so compressed a the front.  Think of the physics of your posture....
