mark. no problem! Sex with a fentle man at the three week mark was fine  However at the four week mark a different lover was not gentle. I have had pain every day in the three weeks since. That lover will never see ms again.  Ladies make sure you are ready to smack upside the head any man who wants to be carried away by his lust consequences not worth the risk !!

I asked my neurosurgeon this same question last week (I'm having a bilateral lumbar microdiskectomy in two weeks).  He said after the sutures are out and as soon as I feel like it, but "no acrobatics" lol  More likely anytime after the two week mark but be careful.

I'm not sure with the Microdisk surgery, but I had a lumbar fusion done in January, and I waited until after my 6 week follow up.  I just had no desire to have sex during that time anyway.
