worried about mri

worried about mri

had mri done showed there is osseous overgrowth on left side of the thecal sac flattening the left side of the cord,that results in mild central canal stenosis on left side at c-5/6 and c-6/7,at c-3/4 demonstrates disc bulge and uncinate overgrowth,that results in moderate/moderately severe central and recess stenosis and there is severe bilateral foraminal stenosis as well,lateral view shows mild/moderate disc bulge at     t-1/2,t-2/3,t-3/4,with small disc bulge at t-5/6  what does this mean can any one tell me please thank-you.
