worried about my future?

i am 20 years old and started experiencing back pain in last july.after a number of visits to the doctor and some x-rays the doctor found that i was having reduced disc space in d3-d4 disc.after somedays cervical pain in my neck started.and now the pain has spread to my legs.but the pain is very mild.can someone help me as to how should i go about it and would it become alrite.i am going thru a very deppressed phase.so please help me.and will the stiffness due to cervical ever go away.
