need to find surgeon

my brother was in a severe car accident and didnt have insurance. He lives in las vegas and most of his injuries were addressed at UMC. He still has a shattered arm that needs surgery and is not casted. He cant work because he still has a broken arm. He tried to apply for state aid, but they will only cover the hospital, not the surgeon or the anesthesealogist. Can anyone help direct me to pro bono work or groups that might help fund. My brother is only 25 and is a remarkable kid and needs help.
