protruding dics

I have 2 protruding disc L-4,L-5 and also 3 buldging dics in mid back. I am in constant pain , ialso have pain in left buttocts and left leg ,walking with a limp. Was seen by an ortho surgion, ihave had spinal injections with no results. Ortho Dr. released me, stating that i was M.M.I. My question is . Is there any other options for me?
