Dear Friend,
Please find my answers -

1 what does this cat scan mean - It means that you are having a multiple level disc degeneration (arthritis), due to which you are facing all sorts of problems. The issue must be causing a lot of sufferings, due to multiple levels involved in the same.

2 what normally causes this to happen = Improper sleep pattern / postures, improper rest can result for the same.

3 getting a lot of wrist bilateral pain = You are right. It maybe due to reactive arthritis as no other history can be co-related.

4what type of doctor should i see = A good Orthopaedician with physiotherapist's opinion would help.

5) finally what could be the treatment for all this = Treatment is Medicines with Exercises, to be followed for 6 weeks. In-case of this treatment fails, we will discuss further.

I hope i was answer your doubts. If you still have doubts, please discuss.
Regards.

Dear Elbar,
My college has give a very nice explanation, for your queries.
I would like to add on to it.

We don't see so many spine segments involved in the degenerative process. This results in a lot of muscle wasting as well as weakness as the proper weight transmission dynamics are distorted. Hence all the vague problems arises.
Please go as per the advices and , if still no relief, please discuss.
Regards.
