Your BMI is 27.8, which is considered overweight, but not obese. A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. A BMI of 24.9 would be if you weighed 145 pounds.

Hi,

According to me you are over weight, but you are not obese. If you wish to lose weight all you need to do is to eat food which have contains less fat. Intake of fat free food will help you to maintain your body. Also start working out. Do regular morning walk and a bit of yoga. I am sure you will reduce weight and you will look good.
