Acne

Is there anything i can do to my face i hav spots and holes on my face,and anytime i try to use a cleanser i react to them most times sometimes i steam my face,once a week although i havent been judicious with it,what else can i do

Clay works. The one that's just below the top soil. Sounds weird but it works. Try Green Clay by A Vogel.

You could try using grapefruit seed extract too or Grace Harbor Farms - MSM Cream.

I will suggest you that not to go further with out the helmet or scalp because for the protections of the skin from the sum and daily use the sun cream lotions.
