Adult acne

My son is in his middle twenties and has acne on his face and on his back.  He has been to a few dermatologists and has taken about every medication on the market prescription and over the counter.  He has even changed his diet and has taken probiotics.  He just cannot seem to get rid of his acne.  He is thinking of trying a laser treatment.  Has anyone had any sucess with this treatment?  Also if anyone has any ideas on how to help my son I would appreciate it. Also his face is dry in the morning but gets very oily during the day.   Thank you.

Have you ever thought about going natural to combat the problem?

You could try using grapefruit seed extract and/or Grace Harbor Farms - MSM Cream.
