Bacterial Infection in Vagina

I have vaginal itching for the past two days & thick white discharge from my vagina

please kindly advise me, whether i can go for Betadine Vaginal Douche

first time i am going to use this, because of my itching & bacterial infection caused in my vaginal area

please give me a solution to get rid of this

Itching in the nipple of Vagina & below, now i don't have any discharge for the past two days.

actually i taken treatment to get conceive, my doctor put an injection to break up my eggs to get ovulated, my last period on Nov 1st

from 20th Nov - 30 th Nov i taken duphaston as advised by my doctor

till now i didn't gt periods for this month, but i have more itching in the vagina
