I'm a 19 yrs old male and i have been having a problem since few years ago. When i started growing my beard around age 16 i started having this spot on my left cheek (the size of a coin) that won't grow hair like other parts of my face. It just looks empty when i grow my beard. Its like every part grows hair except that small coin size part. What can i do to fix this? it kind of looks odd when i grow beard and these is this small circle that has less hair.

This sounds like patches of either alopecia, or a fungal infection affecting the beard hair follicles, which can cause exactly these symptoms.

Regaine is unlikely to have any effect (although it will do no harm if you want to try it on your beard) and I would suggest you see your GP in order to get this diagnosis confirmed and treatment begun if applicable.

Most such cases are self-limiting anyway and growth returns to normal, but this can take many months, so do get checked out now.
