"Mask of Motherhood"

Hoping I'm posting in the right forum- I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant and with the increasing sun exposure, I have developed the "Mask of Motherhood." This means a slightly darker patch of skin above my upper lip. Is there any type of cream I can put on my lip to help it go away? Any answers are greatly appreciated. :o)

Sunblock all the time, or it could get darker.  Time will lighten it.  Makeup, in the meantime.  Sorry not to have better answers for you.
