Rejection symptoms of brest implants

I had breast augmentation 8 weeks ago. At seven weeks my left breast became painfull and now i am expiriencing sharp pain at times in both breasts.
I started jogging and doing exercise at 6 weeks. I am concerned that the exercise have triggered the "rejection".
What are the main symptom for rejection?
