I have very thin arms which are out of proportion to my body. I have size 12 hips and I'm curvy, yet my arms are shockingly thin. I went on a diet years ago and stopped eating, I lost a lot of weight and finally put it back on - everywhere but my arms.
Any suggestions on how to put weight on your arms? I've went from a size 8 - 12 trying to fill my arms out and even though everwhere else got bigger, they didn't!
Probably do vertical bench dips, tricep push downs, skull crushers, barbell curls, preacher curls and hammer curls. Do about 3 to 4 sets each 4-12 repetitions. Superset them.
Superset means one set of triceps followed by one set of biceps then rest and that's one set. and then you do that for how many sets and then you go to the next exercises you have to do and do that.
Sometimes body parts take longer to respond then others. Maybe your arms require more then the rest of your body. Which is generally true for most people.
No just don't over do it, the amount above should be enough. As long as you work them you'll have arms that match your body and not manly. My brother always yells at me for thinking that I'll get manly arms, but generally it's hard to get that kind of definition in your arms as a woman. The good thing about doing this is you won't have arms that shake when you wave lol :D
