Weird skin red patches

Hey,
I do not know if anyone can help me. I am 21 years old and about two weeks ago I noticed a strange red patch on my skin, it is placed right under my left breast. It doesn't itch or anything, its just there, and it gets bigger. Now I noticed there is another patch which is still small on my nech, another one even smaller in the lower part of my back, and another one under my left arm.
I can post a photo if you wish so you can see what it is... I am getting worried it can be something serious.
