Hi, please don't get a tattoo in front of your chest.  You will end up regretting it.  If anything put it on the back of your shoulder instead.  But then again the choice is yours.

I would for sure say get a monroe, its a little less obnoxious and i have heard a lot of problems with septum piercings. besides monroes i think are cuter. (:
