dandruff and painful scalp

my hair has had dandruff for 24 mos now, i use a medicated shampoo from the pharmacist. ive also been using selsun blue red top and a alberto VO5 lim kiwi clarifying. my scalp is totally sore as well. And I freak when i get itchy thinking (LICE) but my family looks and says they see nothing. getting desperate and hopeless HELP!

go to the store the hair store and there is a bottle of shampoo aand conditioner called AT ONE..and it should help i'm a stylist and thats what i use to get rid of bad dandruff..and it cleans the scalp..clean.

If your scalp is itchy you could be allergic to something you put on your hair.

you can try T gel from neutrogena brand, i had bad dandraff too, but not that much itchy, whtever i use stays only a day the next day my scalp seems dry n' flaky its soo embarracing to go out tht way, finally i found T-gel shapoo(i used regular) only 2 squee works, they are saying applying more will result in discoloration on hair. i use 2 days in a week.
