More than likely, you will not be able to deminish the tattoo completely. There are several things on the market that "promise" to deminish any tattoo, but those results are not common. The market offers creams, gels, exfoliants, laser treatments, and I am sure there are others out there as well. Removing a tattoo completely is almost impossible. They are considered permanent for a reason. You can try a diminishing cream, but a laser would probably offer the best results. Although, it is very unsafe to use around the eye area....unless you find someone that is experienced with removing them from this area. I wish you luck, and remember, next time you get a tattoo....make sure you will be happy with it forever.

I think it’s not possible to remove. I have to concern with the specialist because it is the matter of eyes. I'll definitely let you know.

Go see a dermatologist, and see if he or she knows of any dermatologists in the area who specialize in tattoo removal.
