face and back acne-pls help..urgent!!!

i had very bad pimples when i was in school but as years passed it reduced..but lately i realized that i get a lot of pimples when im nearing my menstrual cycle. and it does not seem to reduce. i am 23 now and my marriage is coming near now..

i have been goin thru some sites now coz my acne is giving my trouble now. i have also been getting back acne now.. its not summer also.. i read somewer tht applying toothpaste is the easiest n best home remedy and i had started applying it two days back. but now my acne has become smaller but my face is pink.. its spread somewat.
im also applying aloe vera gel on my face and back as my friend told me it wrks well

im jst worried i hope  i get rid of them before my marriage.. please help...

I had bad acne since I was in 4th grade. Mine did not go away until 11th grade when I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I would go to a really high end cosmetic skin treatment place to get it done because I knew the owner. One day I asked her if she had any idea what to do about my acne.

She said to do nothing at all. Stop using the treatments. Stop using everything. Stop washing your face all the time. Simply use a foaming green tea face wash once a day. Thats it. It worked :) I have slight blemished here and there. I cover them with Maybelline Wonder finish.
