face rash after waxing

i had my 1st face wax about 2 weeks ago first i had nothing and my skin was doing just fine after a week i started getting a severe rash on my cheeks my chin and my neck and as the days pass the rash is spreading causing my skin skin to rise like pimples i have a slight pain in these bumps too !! i have a fair skin n all over my face i hav started having a brown spots on my face which eventually after 2 , 3 days become red and then finally rose up the skin ike bumps or pimples !! kindly help me out !
