Don't know of a short cut.  Most of the advice I hear is to watch what one eats and get 20-30 mins of aerobic exercise (even just walking) every day.

ive started walking, i actually feel like after just several days that its starting to feel different. i know that seems fast, but i also lost 3 pounds!! i guess i posted in the wrong forum, lol, should have gone the weight, but this forum looked so lonely with nobody here!! anyone know anything about the NEW version of lipo? i forgot what they call it but its less evasive?

haha well my best friend is skinny so that doesnt help lol. apparently those pounds fluxuate every day! i retain water so i dont get an accurate weight i think. and when i am going to start af i retain even more!!!! aggghhh! i think my boobs hold 20 pounds or so haha.

ONe of my friends used to be morbidly obese.  She lost 130 pounds and is now a total babe.  Sometimes I am a wee bit jealous but most of the time I am inspired by her and proud of her accomplishment.

It makes you leaner -- try out the DVDs, or if you have Digital TV, with OnDemand - they have Pilates sessions you can watch whenever for free!

Seriously walk. I just recently moved to Holland. Everyone here either rides a bike or walks. Since Ive moved here and I refuse to drive here do to the roads are wack. I walk everywhere. I have lost weight plus my legs and everywhere else are thinning.

Walking really does work... especially on a treadmill where the incline is at 3 or 4%.  Remember to watch your posture and keep your tummy tucked in while walking.  Something else that assists with breaking down the fat and moving it on out is b12 with lipotropics.  I found them by googling and came up with an online place that has them for a pretty good price called mydietsolutions.  Of course water intake is also a major factor in any firming and toxin flushing program.  Water really helps the skin to adapt to the weight loss.  Another thing they also had was something called mesoderm cream that I also tried and had a lot of success with for use after the initial weightloss, for firming up the booty, belly and bust... oh my!  LOL   Hope this helps a bit... we get so excited about the weight loss, but then have to deal with all the skin that was carrying the extra pounds around LOL!
