how to reduce hair color

i colored my hair to burgundy a few months back..jus a few streaks actly..n it was suppose to b a semipermanent hair color..but nw since already 7months have passed and the color has turned into copper shade..how to get back my original hair color.. moreover it doesnt match to my wheatish complexion n looks horrible.. please help me out!!!

Take the opposite base color of the one that is on your hair. It will cancel out the red. Your best bet is to go to a colorist who knows how to do this and it should only take a few minutes. You can make matters worse trying it yourself.
