skin is very dry

my skin is very dry, i opted many products few of them suits me well but next time whenever i go to buy the same product again its never available..can some one recommend me really good moisturizer which is readily available plus have good moisture base to keep it intact with my skin..plz i m so worried coz now i think i start getting wrinkles due to this dry skin at age of 25 :-(

Hi zara800. I am an Aesthetician and I might be of some help.  I don`t know which products you are using but I have a few tips on how to improve the dryness.  First of all you should be using a milk cleanser, when you cleanse, use a face cloth under water to remove it.  Give a really good rinse and wring out the facecloth and pat your face with it.  Apply a good eye cream and then a good serum and then moisturizer.  Apply these right fter you pat your skin dry with facecloth (Skin will still be dewey) this is the best time to apply creams as skin will absorb them better.  If after you apply your moisturizer you wait a minute and still dry,apply again.  Because your skin is dry I suggest you try a Glycolic treatment, this is done at a clinic and is excellent at removing all the old dead skin that is sitting on the surface of fresh skin underneath.  If that`s not an option, then I suggest you use facial scrubs, but don`t scrub like your scrubbing dirt off.  Go gently and again rinse with the facecloth. If you can find skincare products called ``Thalgo`` it would be great.  They are excellent products and are customized according to problem and age.  Let me know how things work out for you. thank u so much mary for responding to me..1st of all can u plz guide me where r these "thalgo products" made of..i never heard of them..right now i m using Palmer's cocoa butter lotion with vitamin e..bt its not helping..i will find the products u mention thank u once again
