small acne

why do i always get small pimples..they get ridiculous every time i have my menstruation

I have had this problem all my life (i'm 41).  It is due to the natural hormone changes in your body.  I haven't found anything that really improves this, but a good, soothing, non-irritating soap may alleviate skin discomfort.

I have also pimple problem. Some years ago i don't have any pimple problem. But it will be around 1 year i am facing pimple problem in my face all the time in the month. They are small and no pain but pimple. What should i do?

I also have these. This is the first time Im noticing them gradually getting worse. Mine are more like under the surface pimples, as they are more like several little bumps until randomly one day they come out with a whitehead.
When I have red/pink pimples, which I would consider an average pimple, I dab rubbing alcohol on them because it dries them out.

I googled home remedies for under the surface acne, and it said to use hydrogen peroxide, as it says it will dry out the area. This is why I use the rubbing alcohol.

Im just trying the hydrogen peroxide, so i dont know if it works, however the rubbing alcohol works.
