by irshad1108, Sep 04, 2009 01:34AM
I am 32yr's male and i received an injury few days back and i got 6 stitches below eyebrow...after sme days i have to  remove the stitches. Now i am being told that these will leave marks for ever although the doctor used a special thread for the stitches..but my friend told me to consult sme with knw of cosmetics as there is a cream available in the market which diminishes the stitch marks....sir,i would like to knw what should i do after removing the stitches so that it dose not leave any marks..

yes the stitches should leave a faint little mark, depending how deep the wound was and how good the doctor was. you can use neosporin thats supposed to help scars go away, but if you get lotions for stretch marks it has the same vitamins that make stitch marks fade away.
