tips to improve the condition of the nails

can any one suggest me the best way to improve the condition of nails..it grows very slow..please help

Biotin works wonders.  It takes about 4 months of continuous use to notice it but they your hair and nails will grow very fast.

Eat a good amount of sunflower seeds... They have biotin in them... and they are cheap and delicious ;) eating meat also helps. Or like thomas said just take some Biotin pills.

Rub Neem oil into the cuticles or any cuticle oil and push back cuticles in the shower when they're softened.
