whats happening to my breasts??

This is strange and upsetting for me..
I am 22 years old, i have never had children, never been over weight or had any weight loss.
My breasts have shrunk and appear to have dropped! The breast tissue seems to be at the bottom with nothing at the top, i used to have very round breasts before, i dont undertsand what is happening, how can this happen at my age when ive never had children, eat healthy etc. Its really getting me down, my bra's dont fit me anymore.
Anyone know what could be causing this?
