Abilify?

So yesterday Abilify(2mg in am) was added to my 600mg(3002xd)Lithium, 1mg(1xd)Xanax and of course 50mg(1/2 or 1@bedtime)..Has anyone had any experience with Abilify?f it's something bad..nevermind.lol

I'm also taking it as an antipsoychotic and antidepressant..The hallucinations just recently started and I can feel myself getting down..I don't want to end up like I did last time when I had a major depression episode. I've been mostly manic lately and that's when I see and hear things. I just took my first dose this morning and I'm really really hoping that this medicine willl help. Thanks for your input.

I take it for psychosis as it is an antipsychotic and also an antidepressant.  It has worked better than Geodon for my negative symptoms but risperdal seemed like it was going to work even better for this but unfortunately I could not handle it.  Geodon treated my psychotic symptoms better however.  It doesn't work as good as I'd like it to but it's better than nothing.  I could not tell you how it works for depression as I am not depressed.  I hear however that nearly everyone who takes it in that respect needs it as an adjunct to an antidepressant for it to work properly.
