Well hello to your emotions do not let any one tell you what you don't believe in your self what you have is a special gift bipolar can offer as hard as it seems don't try to figure everything out at once single out your differences one at a time slowly I mean slowly in your own time get I touch with them I have been told I think to much in and out of work for 15 years it used to get me down as I felt my thoughts were raw and honest and you know,,they are! You will meet someone one day when you least expect it that will really admire you for your way to analyse situations and have a outcome that suits chase your dream don't denie it!!

I believe your gut. I don't know what is wrong but something is causing your mood swings. You sound really upset and concerned... and your gut is telling you to follow through by looking further into this.
Maybe an appointment with a therapist is a simple place to start. Posting always helps me also.
It sounds like stress is at least a factor somehow since you mentioned it right away in your post "stressed to my limits".

Do those mood swings last for at least 4 days. Bipolar isn't about being moody, or depressed. It has two distinct stages where one is 'up' (Hypomanic of manic) and one is down (depressed). What I suggest is going to a professional, maybe make out a list of symptoms and when they happen, and see what they say. Be sure to include times where you feel overly energetic or irritable if you suspect bipolar may be at play.
