yeah i cant help but continue to stress. we've gotta take out medication(s)...currently i am on abilify, prozac, adderall xr, and i was suppose to be on lamictal but it caused me so much anxiety that my doctor said i could stop taking it. we'll probably try something else but for now we are testing out a low dose of prozac so i dont swing into mania. i stopped taking my abilify for a few days because i was feeling good and figured dont need it right now...well, i do. i dont want to lose it, i have a good job and am doing fine and i could tell after a few days of not taking the abilify that i was swinging to a dreamlike mania...depersonalization big time. we need our meds like all the time. dont stop taking them. just like a person with cancer must go through chemo to fight off a spread of symptoms that could potential kill/ruin your life. that is what bipolar disorder is to us.

make a pact with your husband to take you to get your med and alos have hei to help remind you to take everyday at the same time.  check out your states assistance until you can get insurance. Here in Oklahoma there are all kinds of programs to help with meds and therapies.
so take you med hun and have a great life. I will message you every day if I have to to remind you  to take your med.LOL(I will do it  though).
you are in my prayers.

I was in therapy up until several months ago when I had passport insurance. hardly any dr where I live takes passport. I now have humana insurance so all i am waiting on is getting in to see a psychiatrist, I am going to see my regular doc here in the next few days. as far as my meds I am very bad about taking them like I should which I know is bad. I keep saying I need to get it refilled but I find a million excuses not to. I am really bad at taking care of myself always have been. I take care of everyone else and put myself last. my husband tells me to get my seroquel refilled but i don't do it.

you to take your med hun. everyday.  and you cant afford not to see your doc. are you in therapy as well? It takes both med and therapy to beat bi polar. at l;east call your doc and let him know what is going on with you. Once you take your med every day your symptoms will be relieved. I get the same things when I dont take my meds so I take them faithfully at the same time every day.
good luck and let me know how you progress.
