i have violent thoughts about getting back at people who try to hurt me, and when i have these thoughts i get blinding migraines where everything gets blurry  i am get really sick, when i think of these thoughts sometimes i think it will cure the pain of the migraines, what should i do?  And when i went do the doctor they not running any tests it seems like they i just drugging me and i cant take it. It seems i was doing better without the medication and just suffer with the migraines instead, i been having this same migraine for over a year it never went away. Please Help

Maybe you should go to another doctor so that they can run differents tests on you to make sure everything is fine with your health first instead of them just drugging you with meds.
