Body does not seem to heal
Has any one else had the experience of not being able to heal after working out? I am convinced that my bipolar has a lot to do with not being able to recover quickly. I am just getting started on a few meds and hoping this will help.
I don't think bipolar has physical symptoms like that at least. I would consult my doctor. It CAN have a lack of energy when depressed or in a mixed state but I don't know if that extends to the problem you're having.
mine is more like muscles not healing after a few days of workingout. I am not as young as I used to be but still it should not as long as it does to recover.
