Children doses of Seroquel

Children doses of Seroquel

My 7 year old has been on medication for over a year. She is currently taking 400 mg Seroquel XR, and 27 mg Concerta. Of course they say she just has bi-polar tendencies, but I was wondering on how effective these meds have been for other children as its hard to find any good information on such for children. She still has issues with concentrating and controling her anger in the evenings, she is very normal socially and excels verbally, so much so people have a hard time understanding how it is she is still in Kindgrden. She is in special ed because she has a hard time retaining information, ex. She cannot remember her ABC's on a daily bases, and letters she knew one day, she does't remember the next. This year has done better at being able to name 17 letters, to only 10 last year. This started before the medication. Numbers are the same way. Does anyone else have a child like this? She does go to bed around 9-10 pm, which is an improvement seeing 6 months ago she started to stop sleeping, not finally falling asleep until 1 am or later. Since the stronger Seroquel (We started 4 months ago on just 50 mg's in the am and 50 mgs in the PM) she has started "Seeing" things and has a very strong paranoia to where she has to have all the lights on, and can't be in a room by herself at anytime of the day. Even on the strong meds, she is VERY active and non stop until she finally drops in bed. I'm just looking for any information or suggestions :)
