Cutting

I have only been cutting when I am upset, and i am afriad that i am getting addicited to doing it and my friends and family are worried about me.

Have you got a doctor, you need to get this under control and im sure they will be able to help you.

It is something that they should be concerned over. It would be a good idea to see a psychiatrist to seek help.

Yes I would certainly speak to a psychiatrist about it. In addition talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and support groups can be of help. Here is one:
