no i don't. yet it isn't important if you post an opinion and regret it because we are all liable to doi mistakes, aren't we sick anyway. as to cancel membership tell us the reason why. you can PM me. again why cancel it just don't open yoiur mailbox and you will forget automatically with time. Eventually all members keep changing except the moderator and the community leader.

Just take a vacation.

I know somehow I felt the last posts don't bring something new for us.

good luck though

To request having your account deleted, you can go here:
http://www.medhelp.org/health_pages/MedHelp/MedHelp---Account/show/618?cid=88

There's a link under the question for the contact information, where I suppose you just write in saying that you want to cancel your account. I'm not too sure if you have to state why you want to cancel it, just requesting it might suffice.

If you do delete, good luck with everything! By the way, I always thought it was funny that our usernames are similar, in the fact that we both have [astrological object] + [cute animal].

Thanks so much for the info, I'll take some time out before deciding what to do. Truth is I've been having disabling panic attacks the last few days and been getting anxious and paranoid about things like the internet and things I've said etc amongst other things. I had a phase of panic attacks as a teenager but nothing like this - it seems to be lasting all day and I feel frightened and speeded up. I'm on 500mg seroquel and 1400mg tegretol. I feel like my medicine has suddenly stopped working. Perhaps I'll feel better in a few days, thanks for bearing with me xx

I'm not going to tell you what to do but it would be a good idea to just wait a few days like you said before you do anything, nothing you said on here seems like it would be anything to worry about but then again I'm not you so I wouldn't know for sure.  You helped out a lot in your time here.  Maybe your medication needs adjusted if you are going through this?
