Depakote Er

Wondering if anyone was treated with Depakote ER for Migraines and subsequently experience great hair loss. If so, then what did the doctor prescribe? The Migraines have come back after going off, but not quite as bad. I am thinking they will eventually and do not want another drug that has same side effects. Thanks for your help

I've been taking Depakote ER 1,000 mg each day for a while. With my doctor's approval, I also take a GOOD multivitamin with plenty of minerals to prevent hair loss associated with Depakote. So far so good.Try it.
