Did clonazepam help with your rapid thoughts?

Called old doc office. Told to take my clonazepam four times a day instead of just as needed and that it should help with my rapid thoughts and if it doesnt to go to the ER and i dont know how 2mg of clonazepam a day is going to wake me up from my dream. Maybe sixty would. Not time yet though. Must get more positive energy so that when i wake up it will spread out over the entire world and everyone will be happy and full of love and i will save the world. Did clonazepam help with your rapid thoughts?

Good to hear someone else has music repeating all day in their head! I am tapering off of lorazepram and really notice those things popping up again, which is a bummer. It makes me start grinding my teeth.

I've been taking Klanopin .25 mg as needed.  Some days I may take more, depending on my stress level or if I have a bad night's sleep and have to go to work the next morning, I will take them.  For me, they take away the rapid thoughts and songs that sometimes a verse will play over and over in my head, until I go and distract myself.  Unfortunately, my body has become dependent on them.  I may be having a great few days and not need them, but by the 3rd day, my brains flips and I have to take one.

Glad I found this site and glad I'm not the only one with the rapid thoughts problem.

Oh, and I'm not, and wasn't, abusing clonazepam. I thought I was dreaming and planned on "waking" myself up (aka taking my unused xanax) when I gained enough love and positive energy to save the world?!

Hi, um, I don't really remember posting this. I was psychotic, ended up having what I was told was a psychotic break, and just got home from a five day hospital stay. ;o)

I take .25 mg Klonipin  twice per day. I'm happy to be on very low doses.
2 mg is what your Pdoc said to take? I'm sure you're kidding about 60.
These medications help me but I'm constantly aware of abuse. So be careful too. Maxy

I found myself unable to do mathematical equations when I took it.  So,,I couldn't take it anymore.  Decision making in general was difficult for me.

taking alprozolam wont wake you up, they are both benzos and will numb your thoughts.  You also need to ween yourself off to avoid withdrawal.

any Benzodiazepene will relax your mind so that you are not anxiously thinking about random things, i am a bit confused of why you are calling it a dream state.
