Dr's App't nervousness

I see the Neuro this morning at 10, I must admit to fear. She is a nice lady, but I realize how much control over me. I'n not 1 to give power well. They are in 1 agreement, to cut back meds slowly as I desire that. My biggest fear is the messing with my Abilify, I've taken that for YEARS & don't want to crash, can't afford to crash. I guess I am saying "please, tell me I will survive this", just sort off terrified...Tres
