Going UP, UP, UP

I slept for two days straight.  That is usually my sign that I am going to go manic.  I can feel it...  How do I stop it?  My therapist is out of town!!!!  My husband tries to keep up with me, but he has his own health concerns.  At least I do not gamble, sleep around, or do drugs.  But I can still do a lot of damage!  Can anyone help?

There should be a replacement for the therapist while they are out or a way they can be contacted as if your medications aren't working and need adjustment only they can say what medications to take or how to adjust them. In the meantime if it worsens you could go to an outpatient walk in clinic. However, also think if there is a standard life issue that is triggering things. However sleeping for 2 days straight indicates there is something severely wrong so it does need to be followed up with.
