Guilt

I found out I was bp about 6 months ago and have tried a number of meds and nothing is working. I also have anxiety issues. I have had anxiety for a long time but it was misdiagnosed. My question is I have been married for three years and  I am feeling guilty about putting this burden on my husband of course he says its not an issue but when im not stable I know it is it cant be any other way.  There is nothing I can do about it and we are really trying to find the right meds but everything makes me sooo sick. I am just wondering if anyone else feels the same?

Please dont be hard on yourself about being bi polar. It isnt any different than being diabetic.
Without know the meds you have tried, 6 months really isnt very long .It took me aound 4 years to get the right med mix.combine that with healthy diet, exercise.regular sleep pattern meds and therapy have given me the ability to control my bi polar. I have been stable for quite sometime now following these guidelines

PS Have you had your thryoid tested ?. Wonky thyroids will mimic bi polar ,
And then bi polar have a greater chance of devoping thyroid disease.
Which comes first the bi polar or the thyroid.
If you havent had it checked then get it done.Ask for full panel thryoid blood tests.
TSH should be between .3 and 3.4
