HAVE YOUR PSYCH DRUGS CAUSED GASTROPARESIS??

I have been told my stomach is partly paralysed = "gastroparesis".  I've been vomiting 1/2/3 times a week for 6 months. I am BiPolar - diagnosed 3 years ago.
The Gastro consultant is suggesting that this may be caused by my one++ of my medications (Lithium, Lamotragine, Olanzapine & Citalopram). The Psych says she is unaware of a link.
Have any of you on drugs (same or different from mine) been diagnosed with Gastroparesis?  It seems that diabetics suffer a lot from it, but I have been unable to find much about it other than a few sites which mention Lithium, but there are no psych articles on the web that make this link.
I'd really like and appreciate your feedback on this....
Best wishes
Jane

i have been living with this awful condition (gastroparesis) for about 20yrs now. At first, the profesionals were blaming it on mental health, then they blamed it on alcohol ie - (whisky), so i stopped drinking. now they are convinced that was caused by smoking cannibas. i am also NOT diabetic. Im now being fed via a peg - tube, as my stomach can't tollerate any food what soever. And i can tell you this, im very sorry, it only gets worse, much worse. I dont think i have long to live now, surely the human body can only take so much. But at least the suffering, (you know what i mean) will end.
