Help, am I Ultradian Bipolar?

Could you maybe help me out? I'm trying to figure out why I have those mood swings, if it is* Ultradian Bipolar. In the mornings I'm angry, pretty much every morning, but not violently so. Then throughout the day I go back and forth between dark/depressed, suicidal, and euphoric.

Sounds like you are a strong contender for bp, however it is really best for you to get evaluated by a psychiatrist that specializes in bipolar and mood disorders.  They would be in a better position to tell you what they think it might be.  Take care of yourself in the meantime.

I've showed my counselor some graphs of my moods and she was concerned but didn't say anything other than to keep graphing my moods. :/ and my mom doesn't believe that  I have those euphoric ups, because I don't show it at home.
