Is this related???

Hi
can anyone help? any advice would be greatly appreciated! I was wondering if "Low testosterone" In males has any relation to bipolar? The reason I am asking is I know someone close to me who is a male and has this and his purity gland is damaged also.... He currently is taking ad for depression and steroids for testosterone level to help boost his energy..... He has done some things lately that has gotten him into trouble with the law and I can't help think that it may something more than is being picked up!!!!
I know I haven't given much info into this matter and only the minor but it has really upset me and frightens me also that he may not be getting the correct help he actually needs.....

Any suggestion/advice will be greatly appreciated and I thank you for your time in advance.....

Low levels of testosterone can be a cause of low energy.  If your friend is taking to much testosterone, this might be the cause of his behavior change.  The doctor prescribing the supplemental testosterone may be able to check a testosterone level to make sure it's not too high now.
