Light Boxes

I am considering trying a light box this winter and wondered if any of you could share your experiences and recommendations for buying/using one. I don't have much money to spend, but it depends on what different systems cost. I have BP l and have been stable on meds for three years, but my depressions are getting worse. I just started taking Prozac with my other meds and have had only marginal improvement. I've seen someone post recently about using a box during midday.  I have a full-time job so that wouldn't be practical.
Thanks so much.

Hi,  Light boxes have been proven to be very helpful with SAD.  Coincidentally I was watching something this morning about them.  They suggest that you only need them for about 3/4 of an hour per day.  There is one that brightens up slowly, which you have next to your bed - i think you must set it for when you want to be awake by.
