Medication Recommendation

I'm looking for some thoughts on medication.  Am on Lamictal and Lithium and have been for awhile.  I was put on Cymbalta which really seemed to work for awhile.  One of my issues is that I tend not to sleep and this was still an issue on this combination.  Cymbalta was temporarily stopped and I was but on abilify - and it sent me through the roof.anger, anxiety, shaking, etc.  Was placed back on Cymbalta.  Had a 24 hour inpatient stay and the pdoc put me on Seroquel.  This calmed me down but I could not sleep.  I was put on Seroquel XR and that helped me sleep...but too much.  I cannot wake, am dissociative and am back to being very depressed almost daily, thoughts of self harm, no desire to do anything, have gained over 20 pounds and am at risk for diabetes.  I feel like I am hanging on by scotch tape and rubber bands.

Anyone have some success stories they can share on deferent medications?  I go to see my doc in a couple days.

Well Geodon made me able to function relatively normally but it didn't treat my things like paranoia or the inability to express myself at all as well as destroying my memory and blunting my personality... I am a quiet person already believe it or not, but I have nothing on what I was like on Geodon.  Abilify seems to be working to treat that stuff but I am gaining weight from it and I still have psychosis more present than when I was on the highest daily dose of Geodon.  Risperdal seemed like it was going to work even better than both of those but I couldn't handle the side effects.  Yeah.. I thought Geodon was awesome until I tried Abilify and Risperdal and I found out things could be way better.
