Meds & Heat
I live in Florida. I take a cocktail of meds that took years to perfect. The heat & humidity this summer has been brutal! I can't spend more than 10 minutes outdoors without blacking out & being confused the rest of the day, even in the shade. I drink lots of water throughout the day. I have chickens & ducks that I love spending time in the yard with, and they make quite a racket when they see me through the window but I don't come out. What can I do, without changing meds, to have more "chick time"?
are you drinking just pops gator aid all those
normally you need 24 oz or more of water
triple or more that amount water till you pee like a fountain
the heat takes important stuff out of you
the meds can leach in the heat
allot of meds have extra that gets washed out normally
but in heat and if not enough water it could build up in you
i always offer this advice pop and my tea are treats once a week or less
i can drink a milk jug of water in one day
